The DeVore Law Firm is a personal service litigation law firm focusing primarily on land and property rights issues, oil and gas litigation, environmental law, and civil litigation. For over 40 years, our law firm has represented clients throughout Oklahoma in a variety of civil litigation matters, including property rights, oil and gas, and environmental issues, culminating in some of the largest victories attained in the State of Oklahoma.
Our trial attorneys handle a wide range of high-stakes litigation, including eminent domain and inverse condemnation, natural resource and energy-related disputes, environmental challenges, commercial disputes, class action litigation, and more. Our law firm advocates on behalf of farmers, ranchers, business owners, residential owners and other property owners facing the threat of an eminent domain taking, the loss or damage to property rights, and disagreements related to oil and gas agreements, among many other legal challenges. Because our clients are typically property owners like you, and not governmental bodies or large corporations that want to take or injure your property, we rarely have the conflicts of interest that are so common among other law firms. Allan DeVore
Allan DeVore is a founder of DeVore Law Firm, PLC, and has focused his 40-year legal practice on oil and gas litigation, eminent domain, property rights law, commercial litigation, and environmental litigation. Allan obtained his B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 1973, his M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1977, and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1977. Allan was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar and all Oklahoma state courts in 1978. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
Jandra Cox
Jandra Cox was a founding member of, and is currently of-counsel with, DeVore Law Firm, PLC. She focuses her 22-year legal practice on property rights issues, oil and gas litigation, environmental law, and civil litigation. Jandra obtained her B.S. from Oklahoma State University in 1992 and her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. Jandra was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar and all Oklahoma state courts in 1996. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
